Head & Hands is excited to present Alessandra Lanot, a surface pattern designer and craft instructor. For many years now, Alessa has been encouraging creativity by teaching watercolour and craft classes. With over 300 workshops to date, for beginners and 'non-artists'. Whether you're a first-timer, a hobbyist, looking to rekindle an old passion, or an artist who wants to try a new medium or style, LifeAfterBreakfast workshops are the perfect way to destress and to make time for oneself, to strike balance in everyday life, to learn something new, to make new friends (or bond with old ones!) and of course, to create beautiful things.

LifeAfterBreakfast.ph is Alessa's blog where she chronicles her craft adventures that begin after the most important (and her favourite) meal of the day. View more of Alessa's work on Instragram: @lifeafterbreakfastph
