It's the season of winding down and returning inwards, a time for recouping and appropriate nourishment. Nature is urging us to slow down, but with our lives in continuous motion, the opportunity to decompress can feel like an impossible luxury for most of us.
The failure to recognise and respond to the natural rhythm of the changing seasons and the neglect of our basic need for replenishment ultimately forces our body to take matters into its own hands and we become sick.
An Evening of Winter Wellness is an opportunity to surrender to the seasonal shift and respond to nature's call to slow down, tune in and nurture. This wellbeing workshop will take you on a journey of self-care and nourishment, teaching you how to harness nature’s healing magic to not only survive the winter months but to truly thrive. Learn practical ways to boost immunity, expand your energy, manage stress, balance mood, and awaken the health and vitality that is your natural state of being. Expect lots of practical tools, edible treats and food for thought to take home with you.
